How does Saibaa help in resolving any issue with a product?

If you’re facing any issues with a product purchased on Saibaa, we shall help by verifying and trying to resolve the issue as part of the return verification process. The Issue resolution steps may be shared with you as self-help, or with assistance over call or a Saibaa(or partner) personnel may visit your place. The seller will arrange for a replacement if the issue has not been resolved.

Issue resolution steps will be available for products like mobiles, tablets, laptops, large appliances, electronics, home appliances, furniture etc.

In case the item is not in stock or has been permanently discontinued, the refund for the entire product or part(s) of the product will be provided by the seller.

What is the replacement process for orders?

Saibaa’s Replacement Guarantee depends on the product category and the seller. Products are eligible for replacement if they are Damaged, Defective or Not as Described.

Here’s how you can raise a return request in a few simple steps:

1. Create a ‘Return Request’
– Login to Saibaa
– Go to My Orders
– Choose the item you wish to return or exchange
– Fill in the details
– Choose Request Return
2. Pickup arranged
Once the return has been approved, the originally delivered item will be picked up

3. Replacement initiated
In most cases, the replacement item is delivered to you at the time of pick-up. In all other cases, the replacement/refund is initiated after the originally delivered item is picked up.

When are returns not possible?

There are a few cases where we cannot support returns. They are:

  • When product is damaged because of use or when product is not in the same condition as you received it
  • When any consumable item has been used or installed
  • When anything is missing from the package you’ve received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies & accessories
  • When non-returnable items are involved such as innerwear. lingerie etc.
  • When items are tampered with or have missing serial numbers

What is Cash on Delivery?

With Cash on Delivery (COD), you can pay for your order in cash when it is actually being delivered.

You can also pay with your Credit or Debit card if the courier person is carrying a card machine.

What cards can I save on Saibaa?

You can save any Indian credit or debit card from MasterCard, VISA, Maestro or American Express.

How many cards can I save on Saibaa?

You can save up to 10 cards using our Save Card option.

Why do I see different prices for the same product?

You could see different prices for the same product, as it could be listed by many Sellers.

What does 'Permanently Discontinued' or 'Out of Print' mean?

This product is no longer available because it is obsolete and/or its production has been discontinued.

Can I order a product that is 'Out of Stock' or ‘Temporarily Unavailable’?

Unfortunately, products listed as ‘Out of Stock’ or ‘Temporarily Unavailable’ are not available for sale.
